BIZNIQUE / RESPONSIBLE AI
Useful AI starts with clear responsibilities.
A credible workflow needs more than an impressive answer. It needs an understood purpose, appropriate information and people who know when to review, challenge or stop.

FROM PRINCIPLES TO PRACTICE
These questions guide a consulting scope, an application evaluation or a learning programme. The answers depend on the context and intended use.
01 / PURPOSE
Name the user, the task and the decision. Describe the cost of an incorrect, incomplete or unavailable answer before selecting an approach.
02 / INFORMATION
Establish permitted inputs, access and retention expectations. Use representative fictional or public material for initial exploration where possible.
03 / EVIDENCE
Agree baselines and meaningful examples. Look at difficult cases and uneven performance across relevant groups, not just a polished demonstration.
04 / HUMAN REVIEW
Make review responsibilities, escalation and the boundary of automated action explicit. A confident answer should still be open to challenge.
05 / CONTEXT
Show the assumptions and limitations needed to interpret an output. Distinguish generated suggestions, verified information and business decisions.
06 / ACCOUNTABILITY
Set an owner for monitoring, feedback and changes. Review the workflow when its data, users or consequences change.
PEOPLE & ORGANISATIONS
AI can change how work is allocated, how performance is judged and whose judgement is heard. Include the people affected in workflow design and evaluate usability, accessibility and consequences alongside technical quality.
Training should help people question a system as well as use it. Clear responsibilities and a way to raise concerns belong in the operating plan.
MATCH ASSURANCE TO THE USE
A portfolio example or pilot does not establish regulatory approval, suitability for a clinical use or reliable performance in every environment. Higher-stakes applications require appropriate domain review, intended-use validation and operational controls.
We make those requirements part of scoping and evaluation rather than imply a blanket certification.
